Bus
Most Liverpool city centre bound buses will call at either Queen Square bus station which is a 15-minute/0.9 mile walk from the ACC Liverpool, or Liverpool ONE bus station, which is a 5-minute/0.4 mile walk from the ACC Liverpool.

All the buses in Merseyside are on a low floor, allowing for easy wheelchair access and have both audio and visual next stop announcements. They also have dedicated wheelchair spaces and priority seating.

Accessible parking near ACC Liverpool
The ACC Liverpool does not have a car park, however there are many dedicated accessible parking spaces available in the following facilities:
- King’s Dock Car Park: located approximately 0.2miles from the ACC Liverpool venue entrance. There are accessible parking spaces on each floor.
- Q-Park Liverpool ONE: located approximately 0.4miles from the ACC Liverpool venue entrance. This is located within the Liverpool ONE shopping centre and has 81 accessible spaces.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to pre-book accessible bays or parking spaces. There is a drop off point with a lowered curbs directly outside of the building entrance at the turning circle outside the Pullman Hotel.
Foot
The approach to the ACC Liverpool is flat towards all entrances. We recommend entering via the main entrance.
Taxi
Taxis will be able to drop off directly outside the main entrance, where a fully accessible entrance to the building is located. The nearest taxi rank is located adjacent to Liverpool Lime Street Station. Taxis can be booked with Comcabs Taxis, who have wheelchair-friendly vehicles available upon request. You can book a taxi by calling 0151 298 2222. Should you require additional support when calling your taxi for departure please advise one of the Civil Service Volunteers, who will be happy to assist where needed.

Train
The closest train station to the ACC Liverpool is Lime Street. Virgin Trains operate hourly, offering direct services from London Euston to Liverpool Lime Street. Other long-distance rail services also operate into Liverpool Lime Street. The ACC Liverpool is a 20-minute walk from Lime Street Station or a short taxi ride.
You can also transfer at Lime Street on the underground Wirral Line trains to James Street station, which is a 10-minute walk to ACC Liverpool.
